🎨 Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative mind who can bring our brand to life through visuals. From product photography edits to eye-catching ads and social media posts, you’ll help us tell the Hazle & Fay story in a way that inspires our customers.

What you’ll do

- Design product images, banners, and advertising creatives for our store and campaigns.

- Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).

- Keep our brand aesthetic consistent across all channels.

- Work closely with our marketing team to develop visuals that convert.

What we’re looking for

- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.

- A sharp eye for fashion, colour, and branding.

- Experience designing for e-commerce or social media is a plus.

- Creativity, reliability, and attention to detail.

About the Role
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a friendly and organized support specialist who can make shopping with Hazle & Fay an effortless experience.

What you’ll do

- Answer customer questions by email or chat (shipping, returns, sizing, product info).

- Track orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

- Help solve issues quickly and keep customers happy.

- Support the team with general e-commerce operations.

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication skills in English.

- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.

- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.

- Prior customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
